You will receive after you register an email summarizing the information you have provided. You can change your mail address, password, add your shipping address and keep track of your order.

When you are registered you can make your first order on our site.
When your order is complete, you can check your cart and validate it by clicking on 'CHECKOUT' and checking your personal information.Depending on your country, you have the following choices for payments:

- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (only for Italy)
Payment
The deadline for confirmation of your payment depends of your the method of payment:
If you chose to pay other than by credit card, you could wait several days before you receive your confirmation by mail (by transfer even if your account is automatically debited the amount corresponding to the order, it takes a few days before being credited to our bank account).
2 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The online shop's website "hydrophonicrecords.com" was set up by Hydrophonic, which is the operator. Any order validated by the customer within the site "hydrophonicrecords.com" conditioned on the acceptance of these terms.
Price
Prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT) but excluding the shipping costs. Prices are subject to Italian IVA/VAT (22%) and any change to the rate of IVA/VAT this will be implicitly reflected in the price of the products presented on the site, the date stipulated by the decree of application referring.
For Professionals, for orders to countries other than Italy, you are the importer of the goods concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes may be payable. These rights are not within the purview of Hydrophonic. They will be your responsibility and under its full responsibility in terms of returns and payments to the authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these issues with your local authorities.
All orders whatever their origin are payable in Euros.
Hydrophonicrecords.com reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of hydrophonicrecords.com until full payment.

Payment validation

Availability and delivery
Our offers of products and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability.
We will notify you by email in case of unavailability of one of our products after placing your order.
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the usual processing time and delivery.
The choice of transport mode will return to Hydrophonic according to weight and/or volume of products.
Hydrophonic reminds consumers that it must be noted to ensure all relevant information to the delivery of the order.
Warranties and Responsibilities
After the order is received, you have a period of 7 days to retract.
Provided that the product is in perfect condition, we give you the opportunity to return the item. In all cases, the shipping cost of return are the responsibility of the customer and the return will be an asset in the amount of the returned merchandise.

This contract is subject to italian law and jurisdiction.
Hydrophonicrecords.com agrees not to disclose to third parties the information you provide. These are confidential. They will only be used for processing your order and to customize and enhance communication, including the newsletters to which you have subscribed, and as part of customizing the site according to your interests. You can pay with your credit card on a safety technology platform. Once your transaction finished you will automatically receive by email the confirmation of your payment .

Payment with cash on delivery
In Italy you can pay with cash on delivery too. This means that you can pay directly to the express courier when the parcel is delivered to you and you don’t need credit card, paypal or bank transfer. Price of cash on delivery service in Italy is euro 4.50.
5 - SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after concluding the purchase process.

Please check your country and the weight to calculate the applicable shipping fees. Consider that each vinyl’s weight is about 250 grams and each cd’s weight is about 100 grams. You must add the weight of packaging to get the total weight.
